Against the Cold portrays a military-inspired pararescue specialist pressing forward through a brutal mountain whiteout, burdened with the equipment needed to reach those who may be waiting beyond the storm. Snow and ice cling to his gear as the wind cuts across the exposed terrain, and the mountains disappear into the blowing snow. High within the storm, an immense guardian quietly emerges from the frozen atmosphere—watching over the rescuer as he continues deeper into an unforgiving landscape.
