Welcome to Walton All Around. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Walton All Around. By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store

Walton All Around operates an online retail store offering artwork, prints, stationery, home and gift products, and other merchandise. Certain products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, product options, pricing, promotions, or other portions of our store at any time.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their designs, colors, dimensions, materials, and other characteristics.

Because computer and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product. Minor variations may also occur as a result of printing, manufacturing, materials, or production processes.

Product images may include mockups or styled photographs intended to demonstrate how a product may appear. Props, frames, furniture, decorations, or other objects shown in product images are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, dimensions, quantities, options, and other product information before purchasing.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products

Many Walton All Around products are made specifically for the customer after an order is submitted.

Production may begin shortly after purchase. For this reason, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Customers should carefully verify product selections, sizes, quantities, and shipping information before completing checkout.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, production circumstances, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Walton All Around approves a remedy for a qualifying order issue.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect product or size selection, or other customer ordering errors.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us promptly at support@waltonallaround.com. We may request photographs and other information necessary to evaluate the issue and submit a claim with the applicable production or fulfillment partner.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Other customer concerns may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Case-by-case review does not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or other remedy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, text, branding, product presentations, and other original content presented by Walton All Around are owned by Walton All Around or used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright, intellectual-property rights, reproduction rights, commercial-use rights, or other ownership rights in the artwork or design.

Products and website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold as digital content, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative merchandise without appropriate authorization.

9. Personal and Noncommercial Use

Products containing artwork or designs are sold as physical consumer products unless otherwise expressly stated. Purchase of a product does not grant permission to scan, reproduce, redistribute, digitally publish, manufacture, or commercially exploit its artwork or design.

10. Third-Party Services

Walton All Around may use third-party companies to provide services including payment processing, website functionality, printing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping.

Use of these services may be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies. Walton All Around remains the customer's point of contact for questions regarding orders placed through our store.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Discounts, promotional offers, and sale prices may be subject to specific conditions and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website, collect information through unauthorized automated methods, introduce malicious software, or use our content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
